My nephew is two years old the day after tomorrow :)
Carrying on multi faith loving, may I wish all my Hindu/Sikh/Jain readers a Happy Diwali. I am not going to lie, I had to Wikipedia the festival in order to learn about it, interestingly it has a variety of meanings depending on religious sect and local geography.
I would also like to announce that my posts on fashion in our times will be coming out slowly, I have around four draft posts saved. So expect a lengthy written post soon!

ReplyDeleteI cannot wait until my brotherturns two just for the fact that he will be talking and we can somewhat communicate more effectively. It is amazing to watch children grow.

I'm looking forward to your post. I might even print them out this time.
anon: My background is actually a rather convoluted mix of various ethnicities, having had rather a lot of moving from country to country in my family for a number of generations on both sides. In all honesty it is a wonderful story in itself. I never quite know what to say, on forms I tick 'Mixed: Other' lol.
ReplyDeleteAwww.... I have a two year old cousin and one year old niece.... aren't they the cutest ?
