Smile...

...because bright colours make everything better.

Bright colours have always had a depth of meaning for me. I suppose at its simplest, wearing bright colours is a form of escapism, because it removes you from the drab monotony of daily life. And yet, as much as it removes you from the stormy washes of blacks and greys that seem to dominate the winter landscape, it also places you right in the middle of that dark swarm, and provides a wonderful flash of happiness. I think I shall always seek the warm comfort of bright colours whenever I feel down or I just want to smile. It really does work wonders.

  18. Great editorial, fantastic pops of colour that definitely grabs attention.

Anyways, I wish I was more optimistic like you as in trying to wear brighter colours when feeling down. . .because geez, you know I meant business and that i was in a bitchy rampage mood if I was all in black. . .which seems to be the case lately for the past weeks actually. haha

Bright color are great mood-lifter but I somehow can't get myself to wear them, I'm more of a grey, black and white kinda girl.
