The Tale of Squirrel Nutkin is a Tale about a tail - a tail that belonged to a little squirrel, whose name was Nutkin (...well technically Squirrel Nutkin was red, but oh well).

I wish there were squirrels in Hawai'i. We don't have snakes or scorpions either.

  9. I can't decide how I feel about squirrels. On one hand I think they're cute, but on the other hand I think they're creepy and rabied.

  12. Hopefully, the squirrels aren't as bad there as they are here in the midwest states. I think my cat has a relationship with one at the patio window. He isn't scared of her at all and he'll be practically right up to the glass. They love to stare at each other.

    Great pics.

How lucky to be able to get so close to such beautiful creatures. Sadly they can't be found in NZ but i've often been intrigued by their adorable mannersms. How'd you manage that?
