011008 - Shana Tova/Eid Mubarak

The first set of photographs are actually from May, however I thought it would be appropriate to include them now. They are from the courtyard at my University (bonus points for anyone who can name the building), in central London. Unfortunately it seems I am unable to return as of yet due to health reasons. I am however optimistic that I will recover soon. Having discussed my situation with them, they have stated that if I do not improve soon enough, I may have to defer my second year, to start next October...not going to happen!

On a happier note, I would like to take the opportunity to say 'Shana Tova' and 'Eid Mubarak', to my respective Jewish and Muslim readers. Yeah, Dapper Kid has multi-faith love for you kids!

Currently playing: The Lights And Buzz - Jack's Mannequin (no actual movie, sorry!)

  1. oh..I thought it was a bulding in Paris..it reminded me of a scene Louie Garrel was in where he sleeps with all these women so he won't have to sleep between his brother and father. Now I can't even think of the move. Dang.

I like the notebook part too.

  2. Since I'm a bit lazy, maybe I count steps to forget I am physically active?? lol.... it's cool to meet others who do the same. ;) I even have a special "little pillow" to hug at night, named 'Mimi'.. since I was a baby I've had one, although I buy a new one every few years, her name stays the same. :)

*Thanks for the grand outfit comment and compliments* ---I FEEL EXHILARATED. You are a jewel! :)

    How have you been, dear?

  10. Hello Darling,
I am so sorry to hear that you're not feeling well....I know that you will feel better in no time :) Just stay positive...
As for the structure, I am pretty sure that it is a rebuilt 16th century palace that is now dedicated to fine arts. It's Somerset House and is considered to be one of the best English architecture structures. Am I right?
    Hope I am .... :)

I hope you are in semi-good health atleast and hope that whatever you have is not at all severe. Nevertheless my heart is with you. Stay healthy and safe :)

And the multi-faith love is much appreciated; did you know that Brad and Angie have a bookcase with tomes on all the world's religions so that their children can choose their respective faiths when they are ready?
